1. Is shopping online with Lewoofshop.com safe?Yes. We use SSL services to secure our web site. All customer transactions are secured by SSL encryption. 2. Do you offer wholesale?Offering our bakery products to other retailers at wholesale is a long term goal of ours. Our retail customers and their pets are our highest priority and all of our efforts are aimed at satisfying them. We do not offer wholesale at this time. Please check back as our wholesale policy may change. 3. Why are your cakes not available for shipment?All of our bakery treats are made with the best human grade ingredients available to us. Some of our baked goods, birthday cakes, pup-cakes etc. are not available for shipment because the fresh organic high quality ingredients we use do not travel well. We do not use food modifiers or preservatives to make our products hard and shippable. As a result our cakes are far more palatable. Our treats are made with your dog’s enjoyment and health in mind and we are unwilling to compromise our recipes at your pet’s expense. If in the future we find healthier alternatives that also ship well, we will make those products available to our online customers. 4. What forms of payment do you accept?We accept Visa, Master and American Express credit cards. We also offer PayPal as a payment option. If you wish to pay by check or money order, arrangements can be made by contacting us with your request at info@lewoofshop.com. If you are picking your order up at our store, you can also pay with cash. 5. What is your exchange/return policy?Le Woof, Dog Bakery & Boutique guarantees your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your on-line purchase Le Woof will gladly credit your account for the invoiced amount once the item is returned. The item(s) must be returned to us in its original unused condition including any and all product packaging. Items must be returned no later than 21 days from the date of delivery to the original shipping address. Refunds will not include shipping and handling charges. Exchanges may also be made for same or similar product within 21 days following the rules stated above. Any price differential will be charged or credited to the account used to purchase the item(s). Shipping charges apply to exchanges. Shipping / return shipping charges cannot be refunded or credited. All sales of items advertised as “Sale” items are final. All bakery sales are final. Return/ Exchange Instructions: Please complete the form on the reverse side of your invoice and enclose with your return merchandise. What is your shipping policy?From your first visit to Le Woof on through to the shipping process, we will make every effort to ensure your shopping experience is satisfying. Purchases of in stock merchandise will be shipped promptly, inspected for quality before packing and packaged for a safe arrival. The following information is provided to help you understand our shipping policies. Any changes, additions or deletions to this policy will be effective when posted. We recommend that you periodically review this policy as delivery times and rates are subject to change, due to prevailing rates and practices of the carriers used. If any part of this policy is unclear please contact us by email or call us during normal business hours to talk to a real live person. Carriers:Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS ground at our discretion. Occasionally products will be shipped direct from the designer in which case their carrier of choice will be used. Pricing:The following standard rates apply to all shipments made to addresses within the United States, US APO/FPO military stations and Canada. A flat rate of $5.99 will be charged to all orders. Exceptions:Any exceptions to the standard rate will be noted in the product description. Expedited shipping:If you wish to have your shipment expedited (overnighted etc.) please call or email us for a quote. Orders Outside of the U.S. & Canada:We ship to selected locations outside of the continental U.S. and Canada only: They include U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands) and countries in Western Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. The shipping charge to these countries is based on the total of your order.
7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?Most orders will be shipped within 1 business day (depending on product availability) and will be delivered within 10 business days. Le Woof does sell a number of unique and custom made items which may take longer to ship. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will immediately order the item for you. If we can’t ship within a reasonable time frame we will notify you by email. Most orders reach their destination promptly and without incident. Please understand that Le Woof has no control over delivery day or delivery time, once the parcel is turned over to the carrier. If your package is lost, please call us at (714) 985-0046 and we will help you locate your package through the carrier. 8.
